A true eastern North Carolinian, Justin Davis was born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. A graduate of Northern Nash High School, Justin enrolled at East Carolina University (ECU) to study under world-renowned, Canadian tubist, Tom McCaslin and pursue a degree in music performance at the A.J. Fletcher School of Music. Following two years of intense study, Justin satisfied the requirements for a minor in music and shifted his academic pursuits toward a degree in public policy and leadership studies graduating in 2015. During his time at ECU, Justin served in many leadership and service-based organizations. He was elected student body president of the 29,000 student university in 2012 and served as a voting member of the East Carolina University Board of Trustees. At the conclusion of Justin’s term as student body president and service as a trustee, he was awarded the Public Service Medal by the College of Master Advocates and Barristers. Subsequently, and in recognition of an individual’s noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to community, state, and nation, Justin was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel--the highest title of honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky. Following graduation, and prior to venturing into the private sector, Justin served as the Assistant Director of the Shelton Leadership Challenge at ECU. The Shelton Challenge and Shelton Leadership Center--both named for and founded by our nation’s 14th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Hugh Shelton--are dedicated to building up the next generation of values-based leaders. Justin served in various capacities with Shelton from its inception at ECU through the conclusion of his employment with the university. In 2017, Justin was named Team Leader and CEO of Keller Williams Realty Points East in Greenville, North Carolina. During his tenure, Justin and his team experienced a 115% increase in agent count, 124% increase in closed units, 164% increase in closed sales volume, 159% increase in agent’s commission earnings and a 171% increase in owner profits. Finishing 2017 as the #5 real estate brokerage in Pitt County, Keller Williams Realty Points East earned its rank as the #1 real estate brokerage in units, volume, and agent count by the end of 2019. Since 2017, Justin has recruited over 170 agents to partner with Keller Williams. Justin is passionate about helping others succeed and is relentless in his pursuit of learning, leadership, and growth. He believes that the purpose of business is to fund the lives of our dreams, so in his leisure time, you can find him pursuing extreme activities (ziplining, skydiving, offroad ATVing, etc.), traveling, and spending time with those whom he holds dearest in his life.
