I was raised in Eastern NC by way of Martin County. In high school, I excelled academically as an honor student and athletically as a softball and volleyball player. I began my undergraduate degree at Winston Salem State University on an academic scholarship. Feeling the need to be closer to home, I eventually transferred to the University of Mount Olive (formerly Mount Olive College) and completed my B.S. in Business Administration: Health Care Management in 2010. Subsequently, I was employed with UMO for 6 years as an administrator and eventually admissions. I then decided to resign to pursue personal endeavors where I took on the roles of a grad student, entrepreneur, and stay at home mom for a couple of years. I began my Masters of Teaching degree at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2017. After successfully completing my first semester I decided to put obtaining this degree on hold to pursue a career in real estate. I joined TRG in April 2019. I have a background in small business consulting, public health, and higher education administration. In my free time, I enjoy fishing with my fiancé and daughter, playing softball occasionally, being a softball mom to my daughter, and playing with my boxer/“fur-baby” Journey.
